Did everything as instructed, but im having a issue where my factions only show up as compositions and not in the objects section of the editor. Anyone had a similar problem and found a fix?

How do you add a custom logo to your unit? Like when you hover over the units, theres a puzzle logo, I would like to add my own image, how can I do this? Ideally, I'd also like to add a custom emblem that all my units wear.

They're gonna stop supporting arms reforger after this year. No more updates and i believe they we stop mod support to. They only said they were not going to support it after this year cause it's basically a unmarked beta that costed 40 dollars. Wish it'd guarantee a copy of arma 4 with it or it would pull a overwatch and update the game and next thing you know. You got overwatch 2 (arma 4 in this case ^)

@WarIsHell thank you for this video but I have some questions here since I am trying to learn how to properly set up configs or find alternatives to create factions and put the in a mod for all kind of "game modes" I am creating for ArmA 3. Let me share the questions then: 1) Do I need ALiVE to use these factions after their creation? And if not, does the issue with ALiVE ORBAT Loadout override insists? 2) Is there a way to disable the randomization of the facewear of the units? (probably I will come up with more questions so, I will post them as I get them from the back of my head) Again though, thank you for explaining the process so we can create our own factions for our missions!

Reforger is everythning I wanted next Arma to be - focused on technical advancements rather than content. You can always get content later if you have base strong enough. Base game is incredible.

i personally find value in performance and pvp, i didnt play a whole lot of arma 3, the modding and settup was way too much for what i wanted out of a game, so i spent most of my time playing squad, but i decided to get reforger and in terms of pvp, i think its the perfect experience, idk about the the pve and ops and stuff, that isnt much of my side, but for what i want out of a gaming experience, reforger delivers it to me perfectly

Reforger is ArmA 4 (Beta). ArmA 4 may drop as early as October 2024. I'll wait for that and spend my money there.

JSOC is a good Milsim for Reforger. It's a chill sim. The server name is Joint Special Operations Command if anyone is interested in joining a Milsim.

Arma Reforger is certainly catching up in features. Now we have driving ai etc, its really shaping up. I hope we see more JSOC-like PVE servers and liberation etc

AI Driving has been implemented but all mods are broken soon we will have ai driving tanks give a week or two
